All you sweet-toothed people out there, share with us your cuisine secrets:

Here's my 2 Öre:

Yoga Tea Ingredients:

1/2 liter of water
1/2 liter of milk
1 Teaspoon of cardemom
1/2 Teaspoon of cloves
2 Cinamon sticks
1 1/2 Tablespoons of fresh chopped ginger or 3/4 of dry ginger powder
Honey for sweetening

Simmer for at least 10 minutes, the more you simmer, the better it will taste.

Health value:

Improves digestion, stimulates heart functions, strengthens the lungs, takes away gases, improves breathing, sharpens the senses, helps heal blocked noses, cough, septic diseases, tooth and bone ache.

It also assists your body in absorbing minerals and vitamens, it neutralises toxins, eases through inflamation, cleans the intestines, eases muscular pain, releases blocked energy, neutralises many poisons, strengthens tissues, energises the whole body.

IF you have a cold, add more water and less milk -- skitsamma, it tastes great and it does make me energetic iaf!
