Hi Sherp,

Thanks for the warm welcome! We're from California - LA and SF bay area. I figured it was a little silly celebrating fourth of july here, but it seemed like a good excuse to look for other folks from the U.S. Also, all the recent hubbub about midsommar made me feel like we missed something. Anyway, meeting up for fika (or fourth of july bbq or whatever) would be great!

Hi Americans (and Brits and Aussies and Kiwis and etc.) in Norrkoping -

I know I missed the discussion on the 4th - but I'm hopping in now as an expat living in the area - looking to meet up with others. I'm in the process of finalizing my move over from the Washington DC area - my boyfriend is a chef here in Norrkoping. I work from home - or coffee shops - or anywhere with a wifi connection.

unaedna, thekid, malfred - you guys still interested in meeting up sometime? i know we missed celebrating 4th of july but when in Sweden, no need to have a holiday to get together for a fika . also, other english-speakers in norrk
