Vicious Anti-Gay Democrat Fred Phelps Dead at 84 - Fred Phelps, founder of the infamous Westboro Church and a Democrat who occasionally ran for office in Kansas, died Thursday at the age of 84. Phelps earned infamy protesting against gays and Jews, and at military funerals. The Democrat's followers would carry signs that claimed God hated his targets, and that the soldiers deserved to die.

Wow T,

QUOTE
Allianz insurer starts pay-outs on missing Malaysian airliner claims | Business News | DW.DE | 19.03.2014
"This is in agreement with the insurance broker, Willis, and is in line with normal market practice and our contractual obligations where an aircraft is reported missing," Allianz said in a statement.

Well, I am surprised but have some solace that the families are going to be somewhat compensated...maybe. Guess if the bean counters are opening their purses there is no point in any of us speculating and holding out hope.

The best hypothesis on this tragedy that I have heard so far is that a fire broke out and Capt. Zahaire or the Co-Pilot punched into the navigation system the coordinates for a U-Turn for a flight path that would pass the nearest airports and might possibly have succumbed by smoke and fire as they tried to save the plane. The presumption is that the plane will one day be found in the ocean somewhere along the hastily programmed flight path. The Capt. and the Co-pilot seem like regular guys. We do not know everything and not everything has been disclosed to the public. What we do know is that there are 25 nations searching almost 2.5 million square miles of Ocean right now for a commercial jetliner. Other than that we know diddly. -Paul

Cui bono? I see none.

Dan, I'm perfectly fine here in Sweden with all of my family back home in the states but that would be a stress & a burden in the reverse situation for my wife. Is it possibly that your wife desires to raise your kid(s) in close proximity of her family? It is give and take. If you love her and want to build a family with her and you are willing to make sacrifices you can make a go of it here in Sweden and be successful.

You have to ask yourself if that is the woman you want to be with for the rest of your life?

1-800-3(F) 8(U) 2© 5(K) 9(Y) 6(O).

That’s 1-800-FUCKYO. Sadly, the Obama administration failed to swap the useless 1 for a more functional 8 to complete the heartfelt message, perhaps in consolation to former White House Chief of Staff Rahm Emanuel’s tragically shortened middle finger.

Due to high unemployment Sweden has been for years encouraging young Swedes to gain employment outside of the country while at the same time the Swedish Govt. has opened offices in repressed African nations to encourage unskilled workers to migrate to Sweden. Does anyone else see a problem? -Paul

The lake by my house in Sweden has been Ice Free for a few weeks. I have been wondering if it would be OK to travel to the USA to escape the heat but I think it is still too cold. -Paul

Ice Fishing in May
2013 featured the winter that wouldn’t end. Here in Minneapolis, the snow has finally melted and leaves are starting to come out on the trees. Farther north, though, the lakes are still largely frozen. This weekend is the opening of Minnesota’s fishing season, one of the most important dates on the calendar. But it’s hard to go after those walleyes when you’re dodging ice on the lake. The Minneapolis Star Tribune posted this mournful account:
Fishing season began Saturday in Minnesota, and in some cases involving significant determination, fishing began Saturday, too.
Anglers were greeted by temperatures far colder than just one day before, by a cold and gusty north wind and by ice still covering the largest Up North lakes. It’s believed no fishing opener since 1950 was so dramatically affected by weather, not so much the weather on opening day but that of the weeks previous.
Still, anglers found options in rivers and smaller bodies of water where ice had managed to become open water despite a winter that lingered long into spring.

Not sure if it is the venue that you want but I know that here in our town just outside of Göteborg the library does multiple photo and art exhibits. I do not even think they require any cost if the subject matter is of interest to the community. This might be an idea for you to pursue in Stockholm. -Paul

In a short time the calendar will tell us that spring is here...

With the warming weather as we ease on into Scandinavian Summer, the raving loons of the far-left will tell us all that this is a clear sign of 'Global Warming'.

Some time ago I think it was 'byke' that posted this gem which informed us all on the benevolence of the people of Africa.

That certainly is a dramatic photo. But my favorite Pallywood production is the video "The Living Dead- Palestine" where the guy pretending to be dead being carried during the funeral procession keeps being dropped to the ground and has to keep jumping back on to the litter and play dead again.

Unless that particular one is removed, then there is very little to no chance it will make any difference.

Wolves generally are bred from a single alpha male. Unless that particular one is removed... which a culling process is designed to do. How can you possibly fail to follow logic in this?(you are not that stupid byke)

Who is to say that the new immigrants won't setup neighborhoods(territory)where only they live and continue to breed together as they did in the 'old country"...a la humans?

You might be able to drag some of the people down your rabbit hole but not me and not tonight. I am not in favor of a wind up and thread hijack.

ohmy.gif ...just look at the UK Royal Family!... Prince Charles!... That is proof enough that there are limits on genetic transfer from inter-breeding ...it isn't good in the longer run!

'Yorkshireman' at this moment I could not think of a better example than you have provided. -Paul

QUOTE (John.Smith @ 5.Feb.2013, 12:57 PM) *
it is often the client-side where the problems reside and in particular when it comes to the development side

All right I will bite. In IT the initial customer contact is often done by the sales star. The IT provider sales star may or my not have a clue about IT but has the relationship with the decision makers of the client. The client decision maker may or may not have a clue about the scope or the details of the project and in those cases those individuals basically become a bean counters having no knowledge of the the actual project or the rat holes that may exist on the path to successful project completion.

In dealing with IT firms I would suggest that secondary and closing meetings occur with the actual project manager of the IT firm present and fully briefed on the project. I would also suggest that the client interview the actual IT lead workers that will be performing the contracted assignments. Problems occur when bean counters come to a nebulous agreement and the workers from the consultancy and the client firm that actually have to make things work have never been introduced nor lay down the actual requirements.

IT projects go from very small to very large. Your IT consultant should be knowledgeable with local laws and have contacts with local labor unions if your project is a large significant one. Breaking down walls, core drilling or burring cable on miles of roadway require both time and permits. Somebody needs to know how this is done. Is your IT consultant following the IEEE proposals or just selling you what is overstocked and will be out of spec and useless in a few years. There are many many things to consider. Helpless consumers should be encouraged to pit one IT firm against another. In doing so their detailed knowledge will unfold and show the helpless IT consumer which questions should be asked.

It is shameful that some individuals are given noble piece prizes, elected into high political office judged by the color of their skin but not the content of their character.

This to me is racism. I do not approve. I do not care what color you are or what you worship. If you are a decent individual and I feel safe with you around my family you can sit at my table whenever you like, but call first and give me a heads up, I do not like surprises -Paul

The culling of wolves is done in parallel with a program to introduce wolves from central and eastern Europe. If you kill off some of the brothers and sisters that are screwing each other and bring in wolves from Eastern/Central Europe to expand the potential gene pool this is a sensible solution.

How is it that you do not understand this Gamla? -Paul

Really?

Give me the first few right-wing absolute monarchs that roll off your tongue, cogito. I think upon reflection you will find that most of the despots are from the left.

Voltaire, the French philosopher who has given us much to ponder still believed that the best form of government was that of a benevolent dictator(one that believed as he did).

Wow.. this turned into a shit slinging contest very fast...

Just do as I do and place the posters that annoy me on ignore... I have been 'ignoring' several posters now for the month or so... Makes this place much more enjoyable...

John, your 'ignore' advice has merit but I look at the wider application with regards to individuals only viewing far-leftist state sponsored news media sources and not unbiased and well rounded news reports. Sometimes it is good to understand the way the wind blows instead of self-ingratiating oneself with constant yes, sir of course you are correct remarks. On a particular topic I may and do take a hard line but am totally capable of looking at your perspective on other threads with fresh thought. Profound nuggets of wisdom are gained from the most unsuspecting sources. Hey John, I do not preclude the possibility that I may have learned a thing or two from you. -Paul
