Hi!
FKASSA has refused me to pay barnbidrag for the months when I did not have resident permit in Sweden even though I had applied for the extension of it with MV. They said that they can not give me barnbidrag as I did not have a valid resident permit and this rule is applicable for all those who have applied for extension and waiting for the decision from MV. I come to know that this rules has been changed in Aug 2017 and FKASSA can not hold back the payment of Barnbidrag even if the family is waiting for their decision from MV but I am not able to find out this change in law anywhere. Can anyone help me with any technical term or the proposition which shows the change in this law so that I can show the same to the FKASSA employees? Thanks |
