Hi,

Just wondering if anyone has traveled to Copenhagen from Sweden recently. I heard the permit checks have relaxed. I have been waiting for my RP for some 14 months and would like to travel for the holidays, as I am going stir crazy here. I have an active case, a pn, and a Swedish ID kort, but no permit. Anyone travel recently? Is this an issue?

Thanks!

You can't legally travel while waiting.

You may get away with it, or not. Does it worth the risk?

Danish border police entered the train the last time I travelled into Denmark (September). Everybody had to show passport or national ID card. One Danish citizen was reprimanded since he didn't have travel documents, only a Danish drivers license.

When I travelled to Copenhagen from Malmö in July and August I went around 5x and got checked 4x.

Wouldn't like those odds tbh - I wouldn't risk it.
