What are the differences between North and South Sweden?

Are the people and culture different?

The people in the north are resented by those in the south, as their benefits are higher as an incentive to live there.

Truth! The further north, the more money you get.

The people are much less modest and live pretty luxurious, almost "flashy", lives compared to others.

You do basically nothing in the north and your pockets are filled with cash. No joke.

Because of this, things are a bit more expensive. But just a bit.

The Northerners build and then burn a straw goat mostly in December to celebrate Yule...

The Southerners don't have the ability and/or the knowledge to create a straw goat...

No shortage of straw men though.

Lol, too funny. Up here in the goat burning city, people mostly make fun of "rich Stockholm" pricks who talk through their nose. And everyone makes fun of those Danish people who inhabite most of South Western Sweden.

I checked the salary data published recently in one of the articles. It shows the max salary of 34800 SKr and the minimum salary of 27200 SKr. Is this the benefit difference they get in the north?

I was being sarcastic due to the ops clear motive. The benefits of being in the north are the mosquitos are larger and easier to swat plus more snow.

Average wages are a little meaningless, jobs and location vary. Ie a mining engineer in kiruna and a cleaner in jokkmokk.

Well if its anything like Tasmania then they probably drink different beer.

In Tasmania, north of Campbell Town the people drink beer from Boags, whereas south of Campbell Town the people drink Cascade.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tasmanian_beer

I am from the south of Tasmania and never, ever drank Boags because it was from the North, even if there was no other beer available! I drank Cascade beer because I was from the South and it tasted far superior than that inferior northern piss.

There are more moose (elk) in northern Sweden than people.
