Hi,
I am going to buy a used car (people to people, no blocket or reseller). I read here and here that I must have a valid insurance the day I get the car. I'm fine with that. But I cannot apply for any insurance since I am first asked to give both my personnummer and the car registration number. These numbers don't match as the change of ownership hasn't been done yet.
So how can I have a car insurance ready before being the actual owner of the car?
I guess I missed something. Any help is welcome, thanks!

Just as an info: I first choose ICA as they were given good reviews + cheap prices. Yet they wanted to charge me 8400 Sek per year due to some new rule regarding people having a non-Swedish driving licence. And I could only get the traffic insurance. I found much more reasonable prices and half-coverage insurance in other companies (Svedea, Länsförsäkringar).
