Best things: Seeing the city from a pair of skis
Just south of central Stockholm, there is a mountain called Hammarbybacken that provides excellent skiing and great views. "What a pile of rubbish," you might be thinking. Indeed, you'd be correct. The hill is man-made from - you guessed it - rubbish. While we know it's not only Sweden that boasts a ski slope in the capital city (even Norway has one), Hammarbybacken is a highlight of the snowy season.
