Stockholm police chief reports self over emails

Stockholm’s regional chief of police Ulf Johansson has reported himself over irregular management of emails, Stockholm Police have confirmed via their website.

The announcement comes after newspaper Svenska Dagbladet (SvD) reported that Johansson used a private Hotmail account to send sensitive information.

“I want to ensure a judicial review of my management [of the situation],” the police chief said in a comment posted on the police website.
