This happens all the time in The Netherlands; young girls sometimes make lots of money that way. Sad but true...
There are a lot of women who are making good money for their living just by scamming idiots from other countries to buy them tickets, send some money and etc.
Same thing..
@ Tennin
I think it would be possible to use this fact in court.
I don't know about here in Sweden, but in the US, "She lied about her age," isn't enough to get you out of trouble. Many a man has gone to jail after using that defense.
- ringing her dad? obviously knew she was young - thus an admission of attempted statutory rape
- asking for his money back - admitting attempting to buy sex
Anyway no matter what he paid to have sex which is illegal no matter the age.
This guy must be an absolute total moron. Not only was he stupid enough to deposit money in a stranger's bank account in expectation of this future "service", but he was even stupider to call up the father when the girl did not deliver this "service". And approaching a 13 year old, what the hell was he thinking?... Clearly this is criminal. Even assuming the girl indeed lied to him about her age - didn't he know he's likely to get into serious trouble? Didn't he suspect she might be younger? And didn't he know it is illegal in Sweden to purchase sexual services? Amazing, the levels of idiocy reached, when men think only with their Johnson.
As for the girl's father, looks like he's got his hands full now, trying to knock some sense into his young ho.
some "people aren't the sharpest TOOL in the shed
maybe he should have asked for a refund of plumbing services un-rendered
Plumbing tool cleaning service or the like LOL
what a dumbass!
a 13 year old lying about their age to log onto facebook.. heaven forbid, i hear you cry. If you are saying that, how nieve [neive, both acceptable spellings] and stupid are you, really?
Like i said sweet deal for 12-17 year olds, they get money knowing that if the person complains they'll end up in the same situation as the above man.
*munches popcorn* so are we to blame for pedos, or for creating a bunch of sluts as young as 12 in the first place.... dooo be doo... glad i don't have kids, who'd want to in this world..
unless she told him, her age. How would he know?
i could easily show you pictures of 18 year old girls who look 12 (even though in scotland you can get married and have sex at 16 obvious), and 12 year olds who look 16. (some do it on purpose thanks to magazines and media).
since girls are hitting puberty at a younger age than previously, things are only going to get worse... i bet money on it !
Sooooo... again...the blame lies at the feet of both... she should be committed for fraud, and he should go to a lovely ass raping jail with large men named bubba to show him not to purchase sex after contacting someone from a dating site. (Desperation in the first place if you ask me)
i'm brutal, but i speak the truth.... another victory for the human race !
I agree with deplorable that the blame lies at the feet of both parties. At age thirteen she shouldn't be selling sex, much less having it. What if she'd ended up pregnant or gotten an STD? She also cheated him of money, not rendering a service that he paid for, regardless of the type of service. Anyone else who tried that in the business world would get in trouble. He of course was a total idiot for trying to buy sex on a dating website. Surely there are websites you can go to and find a sex partner for free, xmatch being one of the more popular ones. Add the fact that she's only 13, and he's doubly screwed, and not the way he wanted!
Some people just don't think sometimes...
I'm not sure about your country, we don't have any laws saying if you are over 18 it is manditory to move out of your parents house and not to use there computer and/or phone.
You need to rely on the facts. The law enforcement authorities can look at the chat transcript that they got from a warrent from the judge and served it to the website and it will show that she said she was over 18 or under 18, picture she used on the profile.
You are so gullable, I bet you sent in money to one of those Nigerian scams that said you have won the lottery or some prince has $10 million in the bank and needs help getting that money out of the country and they will cut you in on a piece of the money.
Atleast in our country, you are found guilty or not guilty according to the rules of law and the due dilagence of the procesecuter of finding the facts and evidence that will make them guilty by the judge or a jury and you have a good lawyer.
She can make money without ever shaking her moneymaker.
