Swedish cadets groped by female officer

A female officer at the Swedish Military Academy (Militärhögskolan) has been suspended after being accused of groping five junior cadets at a spring dance.

The woman alledgedly became a little too personal with her students at an after-party following the academy spring dance in late February, the Aftonbladet newspaper reported.

One of the cadets described how he suddenly felt the officer's hands on the inside of his underpants while on the dance floor.

Another cadet said that he found the female officer getting a bit too friendly and acting as if she was intoxicated.

A while later, she was making out with a third cadet, although according he later admitted he was acting of his own free will.

The three cadets, who were among a total of five who reported being groped by the officer, have stated that they do not feel violated and have no intention of reporting the woman for sexual harassment but that they feel it was inappropriate behaviour by a senior officer.

The officer claims to have been drugged. According to Aftonbladet, she has very few memories from the after-party.

The day after the dance she felt strange and contacted her superiors explaining that she felt as if she had been drugged.

Two days later she reported the incident to the police. But when tests showed no traces of illegal substances the police chose not to pursue further investigations.

“The behaviour is completely incompatible with what is expected from an officer in the Swedish Armed Forces (Försvarsmakten). This must be met with a clear consequence to show that such behaviour is unacceptable,” the military wrote in their report.

The military will recommend a transfer for the officer, but an investigation into the case will also be carried out.

Pending investigation, the woman has been suspended from her position at the military academy.

Promote her immediately! If she can get her hands in a boy's underpants she can get the enemy's plans.

Are there any openings in her next class?

Maybe there was legal substance? Alcohol?

The boys were nice for not reporting "rapes" ;)

Imagine it was a male officer touching 5 female cadets .. he would have been in a serious trouble !

I will need a picture of the female officer to determine if a crime took place. How many male cadets would report being grouped by Elin Nordegren at the dance

If it was me, I would probably give her what she wants. even an overdose. lol

if i were one of those guys, I would have kept the matter between me and the officer :P... and next time, I would have made sure that I remain close to her in parties. Opportunity strikes once, and sometimes twice :) just need to be patient!

Just hypothetically....Had it been a Male officer ? Does he get the same considerations?

Swedish people need to grow up. So what? Drunk woman cops a feel. Drunk man cops a feel. And the Swedish babies go whining to the gubment. Can you imagine this in Ireland, Russia, Italy, Serbia countries where people are adults and not perpetual "victim" children. Sick soceity=sick people!

Well, if she was working for the TSA in America Janet Napolitano would probably congratulate her on helping stop terrorism.

Serious question if this woman is fit to be an officer if she cannot control her drinking. Another thought, maybe these 5 cadets had it in for her for some reason? Wonder what she was teaching or what else she might have been in charge of? I also wonder how she could have managed this grouping at all because it would hardly have been appropriate for an officer to be dancing that close to cadets. But what do I know the old fuddy duddy that I am. I recall school dances where the chaperones would separate you when they thought one was dancing to close.

@johnny1939

Control her drinking?? She's Swedish! Lol.

These swedish "boys" should be ashamed for being so weak. At a party people act out of their element. It was a party therefore it had nothing to do with work. She should not be punished at all, these boys should be be punished for being so WEAK!

those little "Nancy Boys" thats the difference between a cadet and a recruit!

07:18 April 23, 2011 by wenddiver
I am sure there are several Units willing to give her an Officer's slot. Let her transfer and become Officer of the year somewhere else.

She should have been sent immediately to the military police for drug testing when she reported the event to her superiors. After 2 days many drugs are no longer detectable.

Presumably everyone will be better informed about this matter after the un-named member and Forsvarsmakten trainer has been fully investigated, meanwhile an appeal letter to Prime-Minister Bildt suggesting that he assign the trainer as a military advisor to the NATO land forces seeking the Libyan central intelligence command, and at the same time demonstrating that Swedish womanhood as superior skills in certain de-briefing matters to the Ukranians?

What has the world come to when young males would complain about this? Society is doomed.
