Man convicted for kicking dog to death

I would like to give him a swift kick in his balls and claim I fell down..

Maybe the son needs protection. Father seems to be a little... out of mental and emotional balance.

If someone killed my dog for no reason it might be me ending up in prison or paying a fine...

Not everyone likes these animals so u who own them should endeavor to control them when u meet other people. Cos I do kick dogs as well.

This 47-year-old "Swedish" man isn't really Swedish at all. His name is Vincent Nyandwi and comes from Burundi. Why is the Local constantly lying?

@skumdum This is PRECISELY why the Swedish media should be HONEST. If the Swedish media weren't trying to hide crimes of people of foreign background, then people could react in a rational way. But instead, when an immigrant does something like this, their background is hidden, which creates even more resentment towards the background of the dog-killer. This is the HUGE mistake of the Swedish people and media, and is the mistake which resulted in Norway's terrorist attack. The Swedish MEDIA and PEOPLE must treat all people equal, realizing that people from certain countries may HATE dogs, but FORCE those people to accept the law in Sweden, for face situations like these. If Sweden fails to enforce Swedish customs and laws within Sweden, then people will start resenting everyone who resembles the dog-killer, despite the fact that there are people from Burundi here who like the Swedish customs.

I don't care less where he comes from-Sweden, Africa, Mars, he's scum. He's welcome to try and kick my dog when I'm out for a walk with him, it would be the quickest way for him to end up in the emergency department of the local hospital. Those who pick on the weakest in society using violence, whether it be children, the old, the sick or even defenseless animals really have no place on this earth, exterminate them.

I was bitten in the face by a dog as a kid. You cannot predict a strange dog's behavior and I wouldn't hesitate to kick an unleashed dog away from a child. As darky said above; if you feel you must keep these animals in the city, it's up to you to keep them away from others.

I feel oblieged to protect even the most wretched dog from being attacked by soziopathological people.

I totally praise the Swedish Justice System for sentencing this 47-year-old man to probation and fined him the equivalent of 100 days pay for animal cruelty IF he kicked another man of his size to death.

However, since this coward and cruel man did that to an innocent Golden Retriever puppy and still did lied about it and not showing any sense of remorse, I think the Swedish Justice System has committed a crime. This man should deserve the following punishments:

1. His legs should be broken so that he will never be able to kick again.

2. His mouth should be smashed with a sledgehammer so that he will never be able to lie about his cruel acts again.

3. His balls should be crushed by a nut cracker so that he will never be able to produce another cruel person like him.

From now to the end of this cruel man's life, anyone who sees him, please do those three things to him. That will also teach other cruel people in the world think seven times before they try to follow his footstep.

The man's origin is absolutely irrelevant. Are any of you boneheads seriously suggesting that white people are never cruel to animals?

Some people do stupid things to get a dog's attention. Like pretending to bark, whistling, or even waving their arms. I have had people do this to my dog, so when my dog hurries off to them on the leash, they get angry at me for "not controlling" my animal. Well don't give the animal attention then, idiots.

I have also seen many people just get freaked out by any dog. Especially children. Parents need to introduce dogs to children at a younger age so they don't freak out. Because when they freak out, the dog freaks out as well and may bark, sniff them, or jump on them (even though with no intention to hurt them). My dog is smart enough to be offer her leash and leave people alone, but when people get the dog's attention or kids do weird things, the dog takes notice.

A lot of people are just uneducated about dogs and assume the worst. Not all dogs are super aggressive and not all dogs are super tame. I have a hunting type dog and she is extremely aware and alert of weird/new things (but she doesn't hunt). She is very nice and I wouldn't say she wouldn't hurt a fly (because she does "hunt" the bugs in our apartment). :P

Anyways, a sad tale. I would be super pissed if someone kicked my dog and probably kick them back.

I am a die-hard dog lover, I have had them all my life and I hate to hear about animal abuse. But at the same time I detest people who let their dogs run loose in public city parks. I know this person "dropped" her leash by accident, but once the dog is loose, the dog is loose. She should have been a bit more careful about dropping the leash when her phone rang and it is too bad this played out the way it did, but if a loose dog comes running up to my young child, I am not going to waste precious time trying to figure out whether the dog is friendly or not, how old the dog is, or how society and the law will react...I am going to protect my child by any means necessary. Is there not a leash law in Norrköping that applies here? If there is a leash law, then the dog owner was at fault. No leash law, then it becomes trickier but I feel the man had a right to protect his son if he felt there was a legitimate threat. Unfortunately, I think some details of the man's behavior have been left out so I find it hard to decide whether to applaud or reject the court's decision.

Sounds like Mr. Puppykicker needs to spend some community service hours...at a dog kennel.

The 'swedish' man Vincent Nyandwi was NOT fined the equivalent of 100 days pay. He was fined 7000 kronor (just over 1000 dollar). And being 'swedish' I don't think there is much chance of him paying that fine anyway.

The man should be put in jail. I have zero tolerance towards cruelty to animals and the molestation of children. However, I must say I agree with Mr. " capheda " regarding the Local's propensity towards propoganda, specifically the politically correct type of cesorship, propoganda, and dis-information regarding their constant attempts to conceal the fact that perpetrators of crime and heinous acts are not ethnically Swedish. It makes the newspaper appear very unprofessional and Big Brotherish. In the USA many newspapers do the exact same thing regarding Blacks ( Afican- Americans) and Mexicans. The citizens know the groups that commit the most crime for pete's sake. In the USA Blacks are very active in dog fighting and the Mexicans are very big on cock fighting. These are known, obvious facts.

When media outlets embark on this type of censorship of the TRUTH they loose all credibility and become a gossip rag that has no serious respect. Again this is just a statement of TRUTH. Once your caught lying on one thing the citizens MUST assume the "news" media source will and does premeditatedly lie about other occurances.
