Sweden should change its law because it is not equal for Men and Women. "Rape or buying sex" is always judged in favour of women (not men), because Sweden still thinks that only men are evil.
It would be good if you guys ever have sex with any swedish girl, make sure to at least have some kind of proof in order to avoid later charges of rape.
1-Yes,there must be penalties for those who waste our tax money.
2-The girl is among a large majority in this country that have social skill issues and can't find a proper relationship so,lie about an extreame occourrence, very nice.
3-Most of us who actually choose to move here would never consider breaking the law.For the rest, that was Sweden's choice to let in cultures far different than their own(ooh, they are cute),abandon, colonise and ignore them and wonder what happenned.
Google this,> crime statistics sweden < quite shocking what you'll find ...
I agree with you we dont know what really happened. Unfortunately, the people here, the supporters of immigrants as well as the other side, start speaking out as if they are the ones who wrote the statistics about criminal cases in sweden. And at that time no body stands up to say We dont really know what happened!
My point is simple, let the specific case be investigated by the police and then speak up . But still it shouldn't blame a certain race, nation or similar in General!
Whether or not her name should be published (debatable), it would be of assistance to the general public to learn the reason why this case was dismissed (mental illness vs revenge scenario), since it should discourage future false accusations, by informing people (even mentally ill people, which is the most likely scenario if I had to guess) that dangerous lies will eventually be fully exposed.
A third possibilitiy of insufficient evidence (rather than mental illness or revenge) should also be cited, if this is why the case is being dismissed, because then the police have a responsibility to the public to declare the reasons why they are dropping the case.
Allochthonous people are overrepresented in Sweden's crime statistics. During the period 1997-2001, 25% of the almost 1,520,000 offences were committed by people born overseas, while almost 20% were committed by people with a foreign background who were born in Sweden. Those from North Africa and the Middle East were overrepresented.[3]"
That tells me 1. Crimes did not increase between 1990 and 2012, when immigration was high.
2. 25% of all crimes was done by immigrants, which is a normal number by my standards.
The only thing I find not surprising is that out of that 25%, most were from North Africa and the Middle-east, and not EU or US immigrants.
As far as the 20% with a "foreign background" goes, I know in Sweden you count 1st generation immigrant, Second, and so forth, but in my book, a person born in Sweden is Swedish, and not an immigrant, because it defies the very term of immigrant.
Also, some institutions are dead set on blaming men, because, why not? Right?
This: Amnesty International blamed Sweden's "deeply rooted patriarchal gender norms",[5] (however in 2006 Sweden was ranked as the number one country in gender equality[9]).
My question is why the delay? Swedish Police are not always known to tell the truth by orders of Government, particularly when it involves "immigrants".
u should never 'cry wolf'.
Let you win.
Guess we all read what we want to believe, right?
I have come to my conclusions and it does add up a bit different than yours.
@Rod Munch. Good one!
