For a long time it seemed that these SD stories were not deemed newsworthy, just because their profligacy had removed their shock value. But these stories are shocking and as Iraniboy says - this party is occupying seats in Sweden's parliament.

Can u imagine the uproar if the Moderates or Social Democrats had responded in this way?

We should continue to treat SD with the same yardstick that is applied to all the other parliamentary parties and not let them get away with their indiscretions for fear of being accused of conducting a "witch hunt" or being the PC.

Are there peaceful Muslims? Of course. Muslims are like all people, good and bad. However, I stand firm in my belief that Islam is a fundamentally violent religion. You are free to believe whatever you want.

I'm neither eligible nor motivated to defend Islam. But if Muslims should do exactly as you have said in the previous post, then why non-Muslim exist after all this time? One billion Muslims should have annihilated total non-Muslim population by now if only they had followed their religions 5 times! Indeed some might have believed those verses as you do like Alqaida but apparently an extreme majority think that those verses are referring to specific historical incidences i.e. different wars and not applicable in general. There have been many wars at that time and each was followed by a revelation of Quranic verse.

We may not trust what we read from the history books or what people say but we can trust what we see in people's actions. One billion Muslims cannot hide their actions. Even these fatalities you see in the Muslim countries is equally observed in non-Muslim African or even South African or Asian wars. It all comes from lack of education and prosperous life.

These are the points that non-muslims usually picks up without knowing what is before or after that quote. Let me help u,

In (Quran 20:71) "He (Pharoah) said: 'Have you believed in him before taking my permission? He is surely your great one who has taught you magic. So, I will cut off your hands and feet from alternate sides, and I will crucify you on the trunks of the palm trees, and you will come to know which of us is greater in retribution and more lasting!' "

Quran(5:33) and its corresponding quotes were about pharaohs and how they used to but of hand and feet in before times. (Quran 5:32) says, "It is because of this that We have decreed for the Children of Israel: 'Anyone who kills a person who has not committed murder, or who has not committed corruption in the land; then it is as if he has killed all the people! And whoever spares a life, then it is as if he has given life to all the people.' Our messengers had come to them with clarification, but many of them are, after this, still corrupting on the Earth."

And after that 5:33 comes which talks about how pharaohs used to cut off hand and feet, it does not mean "God will cut off hand or feet" but rather an example of what happened before. (Quran 5:32) "The recompense of those who fight Allah and His messenger, and seek to make corruption in the land, is that they be killed or crucified or that their hands and feet be cut off from alternate sides or that they be banished from the land; that is their disgrace in this world and in the Hereafter they will have a great retribution." This has been quoted from what the pharaohs said earlier.

And you should know that Quran was sent for general people and as well as people who were present during that time, who were oppressed and mistreated so many of the quotes were directed towards men and women torn from war.

Please use your intelligence rather than ignorance. And so some research.
