Swedish house prices stable

The average price of terraced houses and smaller semi-detached houses remained the same in the first quarter of 2005 compared to the final quarter of last year, according to Statistics Sweden.
House prices were, however, 8 per cent higher than the first quarter of 2004.
The average cost of a terraced house in Sweden is currently 1.45 million kronor.
