Ten years in prison for raping niece

A 56 year old man was sentenced on Tuesday to ten years in prison and a lifetime of supervision after being found guilty of raping his teenage niece more than 250 times.
Sollentuna district court also found the man guilty of raping an eight year old girl. In its judgement, the court wrote that the rape attacks on the niece when she was aged 15 to 17 constituted a serious offence leading to both physical and psychological trauma.
The man forced the girl into sex with threats and violence.
The niece will receive 500,000 kronor in compensation, while the eight year old will receive 130,000 kronor.
