Missing 16 year old girl found
The 16 year old girl who went missing on Sunday evening in Lysekil was found safe and well at a friend's apartment at about 9.30am on Monday.
"She had been driven there by a youth who saw her walking along the side of the road," said Tommy Axelson at Västra Götaland police, which was leading the hunt for the girl.
When the young man's mother became involved in the search for the girl, he told her that he had picked her up in his car.
The girl disappeared from her parents' home north of Lysekil in Bohus district at around 10pm on Sunday.
She was very lightly dressed and barefoot, and police launched a massive search operation overnight.
