Swedish actress Johanna Sällström dies

Swedish actress Johanna Sällström was found dead in her apartment in Malmö on Tuesday night.

Police broke into the apartment after members of her family had made contact. No crime is suspected.

Sällström starred in a number of Swedish television series and films. In 1997 she received the best actress award at Sweden's most prestigious film industry awards ceremony for her portrayal of a drug addict in the movie 'Beneath the Surface'.

In recent years she played the part of Linda Wallander in thirteen films in the 'Wallander' criminal drama series.

Johanna Sällström was 32 years old.
