Officials 'to face tsunami criticism'

Top civil servants will face stern criticism for giving incorrect answers to the parliamentary inquiry over Sweden's handling of the 2004 tsunami catastrophe.
The Catastrophe Commissions final report will be delivered in a few weeks, but Svenska Dagbladet reports that it will criticize three government lawyers for their actions in relation to the inquiry.
Particular criticism is expected to be levelled over the handling of a disc containing records of Government Offices email traffic. One of the criticized lawyers claimed that the disc was not in the public domain and did not therefore need to be handed over to the parliamentary committee.
