Swedish Match buys Belgian cigar company

Tobacco company Swedish Match has bought Belgian firm Bogaert Cigars for an undisclosed sum.
Bogaert Cigars has 600 employees and annual sales of approximately $20 million (190 million kronor).
The company specializes in cigars and cigarillos.
According to a statement from Swedish Match, the Belgian company's main markets are France, the Netherlands, Germany and Belgium.
