Young woman found dead at building site
Police suspect that a young woman found dead at a building site in Mora on Monday may have been murdered.
The woman's body was found by construction workers in the central Swedish town at 10.30 am. She was naked and had sustained a head injury.
The workers discovered the body behind a storage container after they had first come across some clothing, a handbag and traces of blood, Dala-Demokraten reports.
The family of the alleged victim has not yet been informed of the death and police spokesman Sven-Åke Petters was reluctant to comment on her age.
"It was a young woman. I can't say any more than that," he told news agency TT.
Police have begun a forensic examination at the scene.
