The workshop will include a special presentation by our guest speaker, Johline Lindholm (see below for details about her).
 
Johline will address the following topics:
 
How to set up a social enterprise; 
Management & leadership skills: how to become an inspirational NGO manager; 
NGO Funding: how to mobilize resources for NGOs in a changing environment; 
Networking and negotiation skills; 
NGOs and democracy/human rights; 
 
The lecture will be followed by a delicious buffet lunch. After lunch, participants will have the opportunity to brainstorm their own ideas for starting an NGO. Participants will be divided into groups based on their area of interest (from environmental and social issues to political and economic issues). 
 
Johline Z. Lindholm is a social entrepreneur. She is on the board of Global Action Plan Sweden, an organization working to creating sustainable behaviour changes for a sustainable society. She is also the chairperson of the youth led and youth driven sustainability network PUSH Sweden.
 
On the 20th of March, Johline will join us at Linköping University to share her experiences with organizing and entrepreneurship, hoping to inspire you to make your ideas grow and come to life.
