"Climate Crisis," is because the climate is in a crisis state due to extreme weather conditions brought on by a planet warming quickly, caused by you and I being irresponsible and causing too many greenhouse gases to escape into the atmosphere thus creating a 'greenhouse effect'. A greenhouse is made of glass. We grow our tomatoes in a greenhouse so they grow and ripen faster than those grown outside, because the glass traps the heat. We're turning our planet into just such a greenhouse because greenhouse gases act in a similar way to glass and trap the sun's heat. If we continue to do nothing to alleviate our noxious greenhouse gas emissions then we'll all end up like tomatoes left in a greenhouse too long. We''ll become overripe, useless and rot away. I hope this clarifies it for those still unsure why it's called a climate crisis. Oh, and incidentally, a wild fire is one that's out of control. A tame fire is one you burn in your fireplace.

Agree John W. And why do we consistently see articles like this under "Climate Crisis'? The El Nino is a recurring natural phenomenon; sometimes stronger, sometimes weaker.

More propaganda weather fearmongering, you only have to look at the choice of words 'wildfires' 🙄 has anyone seen a 'tame' fire 🤣 farmers used to burn straw stubble under controlled conditions that's about the nearest to a tame fire I can think of!
