The Red-Green block, especially V and C will be punished if a new ballot has to be organized. Too many people’s lives are at stake since the Tidö era.

Opinions polls 2/2 - Stating the result of a (or many) polls is one thing and can be interesting to prompt discussion, but to draw such conclusions as the headline presented here, when most people won't have the time or ability to scrutinise what has actually happen, is at best misleading and at worse dangerous. Please do better. ps. I don't say this as a Social Democrat supporter, just someone who values a fair democratic process and despises external interference from potentially unknown third parties with often hidden agendas.

Opinions polls 1/2 - can we please stop playing up these things in the way that the media portrays them. They are always of limited value and with alternative and often contradictory polls just around the corner. Often the methodologies are flawed via the introductions of various biases (remember the poll a few months ago where Trump proudly said that he had a 100% approval rating, when in reality it was just hardcore MAGA that were asked?!). For The Local to state that "Social Democrats' position as the largest party under threat" is highly disingenuous and I would argue scaremongering. What’s important here is the result of the actual election that took place, not a random poll that has been produced in a small scale and often opaque manner. That's the only "truth" that we should be acknowledging here, and if Sweden decided to disregard that and take actions based simply on polls that are fuelled by media attention, something serious has gone wrong with the democracy in this country.
