18 year old tattoo artist used dirty needles on under-age clients

Dagens Nyheter reported on Friday that an 18 year old boy in Linköping has been prosecuted for running an illegal tattoo business and using dirty needles on under-age clients.
"We found tattoo equipment in his home after we arrested him for stealing a moped. It was dirty and full of blood," said Raimo Östergren at Linköping police.
One local tattoo artist confirmed that several 15-year-old girls had visited him in his studio, asking to have their tattoos altered, improved, or changed. The suspicion is that they had their tattoos made by the 18-year-old, according to DN.
