In Stockholm prices have remained high but stable over the last quarter with the cost of a small house rising by just over 1% compared to the previous quarter.
In Uppsala, Gotland, Blekinge, Dalarna and Gävleborg prices have actually fallen.
Prices were consistent in Värmland while Sweden's other regions saw an increase of between 1% and 4%.
The steepest increase in house prices over the last year has taken place in Halland (18%), Kronoberg (14%) and Västra Götaland (11%).
Nationally, house prices have increased on average by 9%, one percent more than the average rise in apartment costs.
