The Aftonbladet group displayed a third quarter profit of 87 million kronor, up 5 million on the same period last year.
The corresponding figures for Svenska Dagbladet are 19 million, up from 13 million this time last year.
"We are continuing to take market and circulation shares and we have improved our reach by 46,000 in Stockholm," said a satisfied Raoul Grunthal, CEO of Svenska Dagbladet.
