Ryanair cancels London flights after snow
Heavy snow in southern England has led to the cancellation of flights to and from a number of airports. Among the affected flights are all Ryanair services in both directions between Sweden and London.
London Stansted airport is one of several UK airports closed due to safety concerns after the unusually heavy snow. Ryanair flies from Stockholm, Malmö and Gothenburg to Stansted.
Luton, Cardiff and Birmingham airports are also closed.
Ryanair is advising passengers to check the company's website before setting out to catch a flight.
"All those affected will be rebooked or refunded," the budget airline's Northern Europe boss Wilhelm Hamilton told Expressen.
Other UK airports remain open, with Ryanair's flights to Glasgow running normally.
