Dear So Sad, I couldn't disagree more. What is "making Sweden a third world country" is that the government has been slow to act and implement significant changes to its laws and practices. The Swedish government needs to do more soon. Or, Sweden will indeed become a third-world country as you suggest.

How bad! when I was reading Swedish politicians about residency regulations in the GCC countries and how inhuman it was. I lived there. It is all started like this. This government is really dividing the society and is pulling Sweden backwards. It is time for "intelligent" Swedes to stop this legal and societal destruction. They are making your country a third world country !!
Tired in Sweden
If revoking a permanent residence permit for refugees is compatible with The Instrument of Government and Sweden’s obligations under international law, I see no reason why it wouldn’t be just as lawful to revoke such permits for anyone. In fact, it may contravene international law to single out refugees. Extraordinarily worrying for anyone with a permanent residence permit.

The ruling parties has gone nuts. The subject of inquiry reveals the intentions. They won't want the money spent on inquiry to go waste.
