The woman who was abused won’t feel better just because the abuser won’t be eligible for Swedish citizenship. This "threat" isn’t serious enough to deter an abuser. But an abuser should receive appropriate punishment for the abuse, regardless of their citizenship status.

The article is about not granting citizenship. It’s not about stripping citizenship. It’s absolutely insane that criminals can get citizenship.

I have a better idea. We should strip citizenship from anyone, including native Swedes, whose close family members join neo-Nazi violent extremist groups. We can move the whole family to an overseas return hub while they wait for Migrationsverket to process their deportation. It will only take 46 months, on average.

Is he talking about the swedish native men who bring girls and abuse them?

I guess it is perfectly ok for Swedes to abuse their partners? If not, why not strip native Swedes of their citizenship for domestic abuse? Ah, because that's somehow different?
