Thanks to a grant from the National Geographic Society, a team of divers will be investigating the wreckage of Sweden's 16th century flagship - the 'alter ego' of mad King Erik XIV.
Christmas has come early for fans of iconic Swedish warship Vasa after experts built a replica of one of the cannons which featured on the vessel which sunk on its maiden voyage in 1628.
